🔍 Quality Guarantee & Returns
Pre-production sample must be approved before bulk. 100% QC inspection with ±1 cm tolerance. If any piece falls outside tolerance, we replace or issue credit. Claims within 7 days of receipt with photo evidence. No returns on custom-sized orders that match the approved sample.
